About
Lyndsay is the mother of two, a journalism school graduate, and an entrepreneur who is currently a MBA candidate at Boston University. She had it all living in a beautiful suburban home with a doting husband who took great care, but that’s never what she truly wanted. She tried many pathways to get back to where she had once been heading, and finally, she’s carved the way again. She currently travels the world (almost) full-time with her daughters, and her husband joins most of the time. She aims to break the moulds we so often find ourselves in as millennials with kids.
The isolation and stress of modern parenting also inspired Lyndsay to pursue this route without fear, and with a hope to inspire others to do the same. She hopes through her writing and photos of the journeys she takes with her children, you might be inspired to do the same or to follow whatever wild dreams you’ve had tucked away for so long.
Lyndsay and her husband sold the big house and gave away most of the belongings that had been fairly mindlessly compiled to fill all that space. The family now live in a 1200 sq ft condo, which is 3000 square feet smaller than their previous home, and with about 6 rooms less stuff. With a drastic reduction of things and space, Lyndsay spends more quality time and only a fraction of the day on domestic duties. So far, the ‘less is more’ plan is panning out, and she’s able to book trips for almost an entire year in advance.
